Fortnightly, monthly, or when they ring
Give every garden a cycle of its own - every two weeks while the grass is growing, monthly for a tidy - and keep the customers who only call when the hedge has got away from them as occasionals.
Pause for the winter, pick up in the spring
Pause a customer when the cutting stops and they come off the round. Resume them in March and their cycle starts again from that day, so the whole list does not land on you as months overdue on one morning.
A wet Tuesday moves in one go
When the rain turns the lawns to mud, shift that whole day's gardens to Thursday with one action instead of rebooking them one by one, and each customer's day-before message goes out for the new date.
Hedges, leaves and the spring tidy as their own jobs
Add hedge cutting, leaf clearing or a spring tidy as services with their own price and cycle, alongside the regular cut, so the autumn leaves are not a note you have to remember.
An invoice for every visit
Mark the garden done and the invoice is made for you. The ones who are slow to pay get chased on a schedule you set.
What Hero does not do yet
Quotes are still yours to write: size up a new garden however you like, then add it at your figure. The app grew up on window rounds, so expect the odd screen that assumes a ladder rather than a mower, and reword the job-done WhatsApp in Settings > Messages before your first cut: out of the box it tells the customer their windows have been cleaned.
