Pressure washing

Driveways, patios and walls, booked and paid without a notebook.

Software for pressure washing and jet washing businesses: every job on file at the figure your customer said yes to, whether you do it once or every year, with the invoice and the chasing handled.

No quoting yet, so read this first

Most pressure washing starts with a quote, and Hero cannot write one for you. Carry on pricing jobs however suits you; when a customer accepts, the job goes into Hero at that figure, and everything from booking it to being paid for it is handled.

A job you will only do once still wants a record

A patio you will never see again still needs the customer, the figure agreed and the day it was done written down somewhere. Log it as a single job and it sits in their history without cluttering next month's work.

The yearly clean comes back round

Give a customer's patio a twelve-month cycle and it reappears on your list next spring, at what they paid this year, without you keeping a note of who to ring.

The whole business, or a sideline to the windows

Jet washing can be all you do or something you offer alongside window cleaning. Either way it keeps separate pricing, and the printed sheet labels each stop with its service, which tells you where the lance comes out.

Invoiced when it is done, ticked off when it is paid

Mark a job finished and its invoice exists. When the transfer lands, upload your bank statement and the payment is set against the right job.

What Hero does not do yet

No quotes, as above, and nothing for measuring up a job or pricing by the square metre. It was built for window rounds first, and you will notice that in some of the app's wording: the finished-job message, for one, reports a window clean until you reword it in the app's message settings.
