Agreement
These placeholder terms outline the basis on which Hero is offered. They will be replaced with reviewed terms before real signups.
The service
Hero provides scheduling, reminders, invoicing and payment-collection tools for window cleaning businesses. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Trial and billing
New accounts start with a 30-day free trial with no card required. After the trial, continued use requires an active subscription billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time.
Payment collection
Where you collect payments from your own customers via Direct Debit, that collection is provided through GoCardless and subject to their terms. You are responsible for your relationship with your customers.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping your login secure, and for using Hero lawfully, including handling your customers' data appropriately.
