How long am I tied in?
No contract. It's month to month, and you can cancel any time from your settings.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The 30-day trial needs no card. You only add payment details if you decide to carry on.
What does GoCardless cost?
GoCardless charges a small fee per Direct Debit payment you collect from your customers, separate from your Hero subscription. Your Hero price is the flat monthly figure shown above.
Can I bring my existing round?
Yes - snap a photo of your round book or upload the spreadsheet you already keep, and Hero sets your customers up for you.
What if my round is bigger than one spreadsheet?
One spreadsheet holds up to 250 customers. If your round is larger, send it in two or three files one after the other - they all land in the same round, and it's still one sitting rather than one per week.
What if I have staff?
Every plan includes your whole team. There's no extra per-person charge.
Direct Debit collection is powered by GoCardless, who charge their own small fee per transaction on the payments you collect from your customers, separate from your Hero subscription.
