Whatever you keep your round in now, it comes across in 5 minutes.

A round book, and a photo of each page

1. 1Photograph the pagesHowever they are laid out. Columns, scribbles in the margin, prices in a different pen - Hero reads the page rather than requiring a format.
2. 2Check what it readEvery customer comes back for you to glance over, with anything it could not read clearly flagged rather than guessed. Fix a price, correct a house number, move on.
3. 3Your round is liveNames, addresses, prices and intervals become a working schedule, from the day you say. The book goes in a drawer.

The file you already keep, as it is

1. 1Upload itExcel or CSV. No template, no renaming columns first - Hero works out which column is the address and which is the price.
2. 2Check what it readDuplicates are flagged, phone numbers are tidied into one format, and anything that does not look right is held up for you before it becomes a customer.
3. 3Keep the spreadsheetNothing is deleted at your end. If you decide against it, you have lost an afternoon, not your round.

One file holds up to 250 customers. A larger round comes in as two or three files, one after the other, into the same round.

1. 1Export your customersAlmost every round-management app will give you a CSV of your customers. That file is all Hero needs.
2. 2Bring the prices and intervals with itIf your export includes what each customer pays and how often you clean them, Hero uses both, so your schedule picks up where it left off instead of starting from today.
3. 3Run both for a fortnightThe trial is 30 days and needs no card. Work a couple of cycles in Hero alongside whatever you use now, and only stop the old one when you are sure.
